The sea sky gondola was down. That is one of the main reason why I booked the bus tour. as a gift for my son's 21st birthday. We live from another province, Saskatchewan. I can't cancel plans because we were in BC one day before the day of ..the bus tour. And I received an email saying they will refund me a portion of what I paid because of the cancellation of the Sea Sky Gondola. Where is my refund? When am I getting my refund?Read full review
The trip was good. The guide (Stephen) was friendly. The driver (Bill) was an amazing and hardworking person. High regards for both the guide and the driver.
However, the food was absolutely rubbish. You guys charged extremely high for utt..er disgusting food. We do understand that you're a Chinese company and most of your customers are Asian but you are also taking a lot of international guests as part of your tours. So on part of the food, you need to think of them as well. and instead of using just Chinese buffets who serve food that we can't eat, try using international food joints or buffets. Also, we did not have any stops for breakfasts and lunch most of the days which is another horrible thing. Make gaps for those.Read full review

Overall the tour was excellent, especially tour guide Stephen and driver Yin.
There could be one less Chinese food/restaurant choices for dinner/lunch on the tour.
The tour was excellent the tour guides were courteous and conducted professionally. The reservation of front seats in the tour bus for certain preferential customers should be transparent to avoid commotion in the bus.
This tour was very well organised. Though was an early start, the pick up, flights and tour was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was very reassuring in everything.
