The trip was well-priced and accommodating for all traveling. I am giving a 4 star because the bus was having "issues" with a severe leak of fluid on the ground under the back of the bus. This delayed our return by almost 2 hours (stopping ..for refilling of fluids). Bus was not temperature controlled inside; never cool. We were lucky it was not a hot day. Would recommend.Read full review

I arrived back in Vegas last night after being on the three day trip. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, the highlight for me being Monument Valley. It is a very special place. I have so many fantastic memories which I will treasure forever... Thank you to the team for putting together such an amazing tour. And a very special thank you to Chris our tour guide, who instantly put everyone at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and he consistently went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience. Thanks ChrisRead full review

Driver Manuel was very professional and pleasant. Pick up was on time. On the ride out he told us some of the history and gave us suggestions on what to do when we got there. The trip back was on time, even arriving back at the hotel a bit ..earlier than expected. Overall a great experience.Read full review
The tour itself was ok. My point if contention was the bus driver/tour guide gratuity of $8 which was listed as "suggested" on the booking confirmation. The day before the tour, the tour guide (Ivan) texted me about a change in the pick-up ..time and also included a message about a MANDATORY gratuity which Ivan called a Service Fee. On the day of the tour he also announced that it was mandatory. This felt very tacky and unprofessional to me and a deceitful way to put undue pressure on customers. One of the other members of the tour group even brought it up to him on the bus as he came around to collect the gratuity. She said that on the reservation and the vouchers it was stated as suggested and she wanted to know why he kept saying that it was mandatory. He never really gave her an answer and just kind of blew her off.
Just for the record, it isn't about the $8 but the fact that a suggested gratuity got turned into a mandatory service fee by the person collecting it for himself. It was just very unprofessional and tacky.
This is the reason that I will NOT book with this company again.Read full review
Tour was good !! But I asked for veg sandwich and I got ham sandwich!!! There was not a lot vegetarian options for me at the Grand canyon!! Bring your own lunch or buy when arrive at the GC.
My family booked a two-day trip to Grand Canyon with Tours4fun. We were put on a bus with Chinese speaking tourists and my family is only non- Chinese speaking on the bus, so the tour guide explained everything in Chinese and very little i..n English. Some tourists on bus had aggressive behavior, talking loudly to each other and to my family. This ruined our vacation mood, and it was a very bad experience that we had for our vacation. If you book tours with Tours4fun , please check with them carefully .Read full review
Upper antelope canyon and horseshoe bend are amazing. The overall organization of the trip was good, and the tour guide was doing a fair job in general.
However, the tour guide texted us a day before the tour that she would only collect c..ash - cash for the admission tickets, cash for the tips, and cash for the lunch restaurants. For my family, I didn’t prepare to bring several hundred dollars of cash at least to this domestic trip. I was thinking of paying for big items by my credit cards, but it didn’t work out for the tour guide. Several families complained about the same thing. They were asked to transfer cash from their bank accounts.
When I asked why they didn’t say it clearly in the website what to expect, I was told that it is just a common sense nowadays to bring a lot of cash when travel. I guess she is a tour guide, seeing cash all the time in a tipping industry, so she may not use credit cards like common people.
Other than this unexpected and unpleasant experience , the whole trip was worthwhile.Read full review
